How we mobilise

    We shortlist candidates and check experience, certificates and references.

  3. Documentation

    Contracts, IDs, medicals and site passes prepared in line with Qatar labour law.

  4. Induction and training

    Site-specific induction and HSE briefing on the client’s protocols.

  5. Mobilisation

    People arrive on site on the agreed date with PPE and documents in order.

  6. Ongoing support

    Monthly refresher training, WPS payroll and a 24/7 coordinator for replacements and issues.
