The beginning of MITE Consultancy
MITE Group was established with the launch of MITE Consultancy, a Qatar-based firm delivering high-quality HSE training, audits and consultancy services. The company quickly became a recognised name for safety excellence, compliance and knowledge-based solutions.

Establishing reputation and readiness for growth
By 2022 MITE Consultancy had built a strong client base including major players such as QatarEnergy, QAFCO and QCHEM. Internal systems for ISO implementation, safety culture development and legal compliance services were streamlined.

Pilot phase: manpower deployment begins
Recognising the growing need for qualified safety and technical staff, MITE Consultancy began manpower deployment services under its consultancy licence.
- First batch of PTW Coordinators, Fire Watchers and HSE Officers deployed to QAFCO and partner projects
- Full compliance with Qatar’s labour laws and site safety induction standards
- Positive client feedback led to planning a dedicated contracting division

Expansion in technical and safety manpower
2024 was a major growth year. MITE supported clients with HSE and technical manpower across onshore and offshore projects, including commissioning and pre-commissioning, and strengthened its reputation for reliable mobilisation, compliance and consistent service.
- More than 130 personnel deployed across QCHEM, QAPCO and QAFCO & QE
- HSE staff and technical workforce mobilised, including Pump Operators, Mechanical Technicians and Supervisors

What comes next
Positive client feedback during the 2023 pilot led MITE to plan a dedicated contracting division. The focus remains the same as it was in 2019: safe, compliant work delivered by people who are trained for it.
