The beginning
MITE Group was established in Qatar with a focus on high-quality HSE training, audits and consultancy. Early milestones included the first safety consulting project and the formation of an expert training team.
Building trust
MITE built a strong client base including QatarEnergy, QAFCO and QCHEM. Systems for ISO implementation, safety culture development and legal compliance were streamlined, with 1,000+ safety professionals trained.
People in motion
Recognising the need for qualified safety and technical staff, MITE began manpower deployment under the consultancy license. The first PTW Coordinators, Fire Watchers and HSE Officers were deployed to QAFCO and partner projects.
Ready to scale
MITE expanded technical and safety manpower support across onshore and offshore projects, including commissioning and pre-commissioning activities, with more than 130 personnel deployed across QCHEM, QAPCO, QAFCO and QatarEnergy projects.
